Start with the invitation email
Open the workspace invitation sent to your email and follow its confirmation flow. Check the workspace identity and the access you are accepting. Keep the link private.
Use the intended account
Invitations are tied to the invited email. An account already associated with another workspace cannot use an invitation to gain a second workspace. Ask the owner to use the correct address rather than sharing another member’s sign-in link.
When an invitation needs replacing
If it has expired, been revoked or been replaced, ask the owner to send a fresh invitation. After joining, visibility depends on your workspace role and resource permissions; joining does not guarantee access to every monitor.
