A few things
worth knowing.

What can UptimeOwl monitor today?

Public HTTP and HTTPS endpoints, including protected APIs. Configure healthy status codes, request methods, timeouts and text or JSON rules. Free checks run from every five minutes, Starter from every three minutes, Team from every minute, and Business from every 30 seconds. Other monitor types and regional monitoring are not offered yet.

Is the Free plan really free?

Yes. It is a permanent Free plan with no card required to start. Create your workspace with a sign-in link sent to your inbox, then add monitors within the Free allowance. Slack, Microsoft Teams and mobile push alerts are included.

Are the prices per user?

No. Each plan is priced per workspace and includes its listed number of members, including the owner. Each account belongs to one workspace. Enterprise pricing and allowances are arranged with Blastup.

How do billing and plan changes work?

Paid subscriptions are billed in EUR in advance for each 30-day cycle, with VAT added as applicable. Manage your cards, billing details, receipts or invoices in Account → Billing. Standard upgrades are immediate and prorated; downgrades apply at the next renewal. Voluntary suspension is scheduled for the end of the paid cycle. Ordinary refunds and partial refunds are not offered.

Which notifications can I use now?

Slack and Microsoft Teams monitor alerts are available now on every plan. Your workspace owner connects Slack or a Teams workflow in Account → Notifications. Email monitor alerts are included with Starter, Team, Business and Enterprise. Choose workspace members as recipients; repeated incidents pause email automatically until the monitor settles. Mobile push alerts are also available now on every plan. Enable them per device in the UptimeOwl iOS or Android app. Web push and SMS are coming soon. Account and billing emails are already available and are separate from monitor alerts.

Can I use my own branding and language?

All plans include widget colors, logos and heading/subheading customization. Business and Enterprise also support English, Greek, Ukrainian, Russian, German, French, Italian, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Spanish, Romanian and Bulgarian. Pick a language and copy its embed code. Business and Enterprise also include one public status page per workspace, with your logo, colors, custom footer, optional white labeling, incident updates and maintenance notices. Choose the Classic or Recent checks layout.
