Three days before renewal
UptimeOwl schedules an upcoming-renewal email three days before payment. Use it as a reminder to check the current billing details and default card in Account → Billing.
Use the date, not the calendar month
Your workspace follows its own 30-day cycle. It is not automatically billed on the first day of each calendar month, so renewal dates can move relative to calendar months.
Check the current state in Billing
Email delivery can be delayed, and an older email may not reflect a later plan or suspension change. The current billing screen is the place to review the latest arrangement. A renewal reminder is not itself a receipt or a payment confirmation.
