One public perch for your workspace
Business and Enterprise include one hosted status page, separate from widget allowances. Workspace owners and admins can manage it. Open Status page in your workspace dashboard. The navigation inside the card has Settings, Monitors, Branding, Incidents and Maintenance. Field explanations sit beside their labels behind an information icon: hover, focus with the keyboard or tap to read them. Press Escape or tap away to close. Save draft, Publish and Unpublish stay at the top in every section. The Status page tab has a green dot for published, a red dot for unpublished, and an amber dot when the published page has saved changes awaiting publication. Unsaved edits are shown separately inside the editor. Viewers cannot publish pages.
Choose what leaves your nest
In Settings, add a page title. In Monitors, select the monitors you want to share. Switching sections keeps your unsaved changes. Search helps you find monitors you can manage. The selection stays with you as you browse. You can select up to 1,000 monitors.
- Save draft to keep your choices without changing the live page.
- Select Publish and confirm when the saved draft is ready for visitors.
- Open the published link to check the public view.
A stable link, a careful view
Your URL uses the UptimeOwl domain followed by your workspace’s generated identifier. It cannot be renamed. Anyone with the link can open a published page; it is not private access.
Visitors see the page title, published monitor names and current status. Monitor URLs, credentials, tags and diagnostic errors are never shown. Names are copied when you publish; publish again to share a renamed monitor. Visitors can refresh the page, browse additional components and see automatic updates every 30 seconds while the page is visible.
Keep your page in good order
Paused or deleted monitors are hidden. A monitor whose access settings change is hidden until an authorized owner or admin publishes it again. Planned maintenance and checks waiting for fresh results are shown without exposing internal details.
Unpublish brings the page back inside while preserving your draft. Suspension or a move to a plan without status pages makes the public link unavailable. A previously published page becomes available again when access and eligibility return; unpublish it first if you do not want that.
If a selected monitor has been removed or is no longer available to manage, clear the selection and choose your available monitors again. If another editor saved changes, reload before saving.
