Organize components and understand status
Give your public status page clear labels, calm groups and a complete outlook.
Reviewed
Give each service a clear place
Open Status page → Monitors in your Business or Enterprise workspace. Owners and admins can arrange monitors they have permission to manage. After choosing monitors, use Arrange your public view to add public labels and groups.
Public labels can be up to 120 characters and groups up to 60. Leave a label blank to use the monitor name at publication. Leave a group blank for Services. These are public presentation settings; your private monitor groups and tags are never copied into the page.
Set an order that feels natural
Use the arrow buttons to move components up or down. Groups appear in the order their first component appears, and components within each group keep their chosen order. Group labels match exactly, including capitalization.
The editor shows 20 components at a time and preserves settings while you browse. Each page supports up to 1,000 selected monitors and 50 groups, including the ungrouped Services section.
- Choose monitors and set their public labels and groups.
- Use the arrows to arrange components.
- Save draft, then Publish to share the new arrangement. Saving alone leaves the live view unchanged.
Read the whole outlook
The overview considers every active published component, including those on later pages. A confirmed current issue takes priority, followed by delayed checks, unknown status, planned maintenance and healthy operation.
Operational means a recent confirmed healthy check. We spotted an issue means a recent confirmed failure. Awaiting a check means there is no current confirmed result. Awaiting a fresh check means the expected checking window has passed. Planned maintenance means the component is in its configured maintenance window.
Paused, deleted and billing-paused monitors are hidden. An empty page shows a resting watch, never an all-healthy claim. Monitor URLs, private settings and raw errors stay in your workspace.
Keep an eye on freshness
The page refreshes every 30 seconds while it is visible. Use Refresh now to check sooner. Last-checked times are shown in UTC. If the connection fails, a message explains that the view may be out of date.
If the page is unpublished or access is suspended, the next refresh removes its components. If you were browsing an older arrangement when the owner publishes changes, open the latest view to start again.
A component leaving maintenance waits for a fresh post-maintenance result. If a check becomes delayed, the page does not continue claiming the service is healthy.
