Billing details
Workspace owners can open Account → Billing to enter their billing address, billing notification email and receipt or invoice details. Company and VAT information depend on the selected country and document type.
Plan prices exclude VAT. The billing page shows the applicable tax. An EU VAT number is checked for cross-border validity; if it cannot be validated, follow the message in the form. An unvalidated number does not grant a tax exemption. Greece uses a separate business registry check.
Cards
Add a card using the secure Stripe form. Your first card becomes the default; you can choose another saved card as the default later. The default card appears first.
Stripe handles card details. UptimeOwl does not store your full card number or security code.
