When an embedded widget needs a helping wing
Check the iframe, public link and website editor.

Compare preview and your website
Open Widgets and use Preview. If the widget works there, copy its code again and compare it with the code on your website. Make sure your editor has kept the iframe element and its source URL.
Check the embed container
Use an HTML or embed block that permits iframes. Check whether the surrounding container clips the frame or gives it no height. Your website’s content-security policy may also restrict frames; ask its administrator to review the permitted source.
If preview also fails
Check whether the widget still exists and whether the workspace is suspended. Avoid changing the public UID in the copied URL. Contact support with the public page URL and a screenshot that contains no account details or credentials.
