An iframe link is public

A widget’s public UID is an address for a public status view, not a member sign-in requirement. Anyone with the URL can view the available public widget content.

Permissions protect a different surface

Manage access restricts who can see or manage a resource inside the authenticated workspace. It does not turn an existing public embed into a private status page. Review the widget’s monitor selection, names and branding before publishing.

Remove content at the widget

If a monitor should no longer be published, change the saved widget selection or remove the widget as appropriate. Do not rely on a member-permission change to unpublish information. Private status pages are a separate future capability.
