Use a still image
Choose PNG, JPEG or WebP, up to 512 KB and 16 megapixels. SVG and animated images are not supported. Changing a filename extension does not convert the file format.
Optimization happens on upload
The app converts the image to WebP and fits it within 512 × 256 pixels without enlarging it. A very small original may therefore remain small. Use an image that is readable at a modest display size.
If upload is rejected
Export a fresh still image in a supported format and reduce its dimensions or file size if necessary. If a valid image still fails, retry shortly and contact support with the visible message. Never include cloud credentials or private asset-management URLs.
