Start with the last result
Compare last-checked times and the selected monitor, rather than colors alone. A disconnected app may be showing an earlier view while the web dashboard has newer results.
Let the app reconnect
Live changes arrive while the app is connected. After an interruption, it reconnects and refreshes. Check the connection state and allow refresh to complete before treating the difference as a monitoring failure.
Remember access and public filters
A public widget excludes paused monitors and has its own selected monitors and locale. A teammate may also have different resource access. Compare the same authorized view when reporting a discrepancy to support.
