Workspace roles
The Owner manages the workspace’s ownership-level controls. Admin members can manage resources they are allowed to access. Viewers have read-only access; they do not gain editing rights from a saved Manage grant.
Resource access also matters
A workspace role is not the only check. A monitor or widget can be restricted to selected members. The Owner retains access and controls these resource permissions.
Billing and notification integration configuration are owner controls. Viewers do not see Users and invitations.
If a control is missing
Ask the workspace owner to review both your role and the resource’s access settings. Avoid sharing someone else’s sign-in link to work around a permission boundary.
