Choose who can see and manage a resource
Use the shared access controls for monitors and widgets.

Set access as the owner
- Find the monitor or widget and select the shield icon for Manage access.
- Choose Workspace members to follow workspace roles, or Selected members for explicit grants.
- Choose View, Manage or No access for the relevant members.
- Save. If another change was made in the meantime, refresh before trying again.
Widgets depend on their monitors
A member needs access to every monitor included in a widget to see that widget in the admin interface. Managing the widget requires Manage access to its included monitors. Restricting a monitor can therefore hide a related widget from a teammate.
Public links stay public
These permissions protect the authenticated workspace. They do not make an existing public iframe private. Restricting a monitor does not unpublish a widget that already includes it. Review public widget contents separately.
