Understand the emails after a payment
Tell payment confirmation, accounting documents and agreements apart.

Payment confirmation
A successful-payment email confirms a billing event and links to Account → Billing. It does not mean that every follow-up document has already finished generating.
Your accounting document
Receipt or invoice issuance is a separate step through Elorus. Its notification directs you to Billing to retrieve the document. A short gap between payment and document availability does not mean you should pay again.
Your agreement or amendment
A first paid agreement and later price amendments are separate legal documents. Ordinary renewals do not generate a full new agreement each month. Contact support if a document remains missing after the payment has settled.
