Receipts and invoices
After a successful payment, an accounting document is issued through Elorus and a document notification is sent. Open Account → Billing to find the document and its download action.
If the document is on record but its PDF is temporarily unavailable, try again shortly. Contact [email protected] if it remains unavailable.
Your agreement
Entering a paid plan generates a PDF agreement using your billing profile. It is emailed to the customer and to Blastup for accounting records.
The agreement has an indefinite duration; a full new contract is not generated each month. A plan price change produces a separate amendment reflecting the new price.
