When an invoice PDF is not ready yet
Find your document and handle a temporary download delay.

Look in Billing
Payment confirmation and accounting-document issuance are separate steps. Open Account → Billing to find available receipts or invoices and their download actions. Document notifications arrive when issuance completes.
A recorded document can have a temporary PDF delay
If the app says the document is on record but its PDF could not be retrieved, try again shortly. A PDF download failure does not by itself mean the payment failed or that another charge is needed.
Ask us to check the record
If the problem continues, contact [email protected] with the document reference, billing period and visible error. Do not send card details or repeatedly pay the same obligation to try to generate another document.
