Your monthly watch, explained
Read your owner-only monthly report, understand its coverage and choose whether it arrives in your inbox.

A month under our wing
On paid plans, the workspace owner receives a report covering the previous UTC calendar month. Reports start processing on the 1st at 09:00 UTC. Large workspaces or summaries still settling can arrive later. Suspended workspaces and inactive or unverified owners do not receive reports. Admins, viewers and billing contacts are not report recipients.
Choose your monthly rhythm
Open Account → General in the web dashboard and use Your monthly watch. The preference starts enabled and is checked again before sending. Turning it off does not change incident alerts or essential account and billing emails. The setting is available only to owners; Free workspaces do not receive reports.
Read the numbers calmly
Monitors observed counts monitors with available check samples. Successful checks divides up checks by up plus down checks; it excludes unknown and maintenance samples and is not a continuous-time uptime guarantee. Paused periods do not produce scheduled checks; missing samples are never assumed healthy.
Incidents started counts confirmed incidents beginning during the visible report period. Recorded incident time clips incident records to that period and adds their durations across monitors. Overlaps count separately and incident records may span pauses or maintenance. Open-at-boundary counts incidents still open when the reporting period ends. Deleted monitors are not included.
The daily chart shows incidents started. Grey means none recorded, not verified healthy time. The five monitors with the largest recorded incident duration are highlighted. The written takeaway follows factual rules; it is not AI-generated.
When the picture is incomplete
Plan history allowances also apply to reports. History outside your allowance, new monitors, missing daily summaries or unknown results can make coverage partial. Reports wait up to six hours for pending summaries before proceeding with an explicit partial-data note. Month-to-month comparisons appear only when both periods have usable, non-partial coverage.
The email links to your authenticated workspace and profile settings. If you changed owner, address, plan or suspension state while a report was queued, delivery may be cancelled to keep the report in the right hands. An already delivered email cannot be recalled.
