Help an import file find its shape
Resolve invalid JSON, unsupported fields and allowance errors.

Read the reported row
The import preview reports invalid monitor configuration with a monitor position. Correct that row and preview the file again. Use valid JSON: double-quoted keys and strings, no comments and no trailing commas.
Check the format and size
Use an UptimeOwl export with its format and supported version fields. Files contain 1–100 monitors and must be no larger than 1 MB. Split a larger collection into separate valid export documents rather than uploading one oversized file.
Do not add secrets or internal identifiers
Only the supported configuration fields are accepted. Database IDs, arbitrary properties and protected request details do not belong in the import file. Review available monitor allowance and interval rules if configuration parses but the import cannot be completed.
