When Teams accepts a request but stays quiet

Check the Teams workflow as well as UptimeOwl delivery.

Confirm the intended workflow

Open Account → Notifications and verify that Teams is configured and enabled. Use Send a test, then check the intended Teams destination.

Acceptance is one step

A successful HTTP response can mean that the workflow accepted a request, not that its message action completed. Inspect the workflow’s run history and destination configuration in Microsoft Teams if the message is missing.

Review both sides

Check UptimeOwl’s Recent deliveries for the Teams icon and check whether a confirmed monitor transition occurred. Maintenance, pause or workspace suspension can suppress alerts.

If you replace or reconnect a workflow, save its new URL in UptimeOwl and test it. Keep the workflow URL private.
