Open the trends

Open Statistics in your workspace navigation. Search a monitor by name, choose it from the paginated selector, then choose 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days. Custom dates include the first and last selected UTC days; choose dates before today and select Update view. You can also open Monitor trends in a monitor’s preview drawer for a compact view.

The period currently in progress is not a completed bucket. Recent individual checks can therefore appear before they are included in the chart. Statistics shows weighted totals for the selected monitor, including recorded checks and periods with checks. Help icons explain each number. Only monitors you may view appear, including paused monitors with historical results.

Successful checks is not time-based uptime

The percentage is successful confirmed results divided by successful plus failed confirmed results. Maintenance and unknown results are excluded. For example, 9 up results and 1 down result produce 90%.

This is a count of observed results, not a claim that the service was available for 90% of elapsed time. Confirmation thresholds and missing checks affect what is observed. When combining periods, successful checks and response times are weighted by their sample counts, rather than averaging the displayed percentages. Missing or still-settling periods are never counted as healthy time.

Response times and gaps

Average response time uses successful, non-maintenance checks with recorded latency. Failed timeout durations are not averaged in as successful response times.

A missing period stays a gap rather than becoming a zero or a healthy result. Gathering results means the summary is still being prepared; the view refreshes while work is pending. In the monitor preview drawer, use View exact values to inspect completed periods in a table. On Statistics, explore charts with a pointer or the left and right arrow keys. Retention and missing-data notices explain a shortened or incomplete view. Select Update view for a fresh reading.
