Bring alerts to Slack or Teams

Connect a channel

As the workspace owner, open Account → Notifications. Use the Slack or Microsoft Teams integration form to save the incoming webhook or Teams Workflows URL for your destination.

Both integrations are available on every plan, including Free. Keep webhook URLs private: they grant access to the destination workflow or channel.

Send a test

Use the integration’s test action and check the destination channel. A provider accepting the request does not always mean a Teams workflow has successfully posted the message; check the workflow if nothing appears.

Take a quiet moment

Use the integration switch to stop notifications without deleting its configuration. Recent deliveries show the latest ten entries with the monitor and channel icon. Per-monitor channel overrides are not available yet.

A monitor paused by billing takes a quiet moment too: it stops checking, and Slack and Teams skip queued alerts while that pause is active. Your recorded history stays safely in your workspace.
